This is a fantastic little blade. It is light as a feather! If you are looking to carry something and almost forget that it’s there, this is it. One of the lightest blades I think I’ve ever made.
It is forged from a Damascus cut off - a low layer stack crushed on the diagonal.
The steel is 1084 and 15N20 with a hand sanded finish.
The overall length measures 7 inches. With a cutting edge of 3 inches.
The guard is textured copper with a patina, an orange g10 spacer, and Amboyna burl handle. The domed pin is also textured copper matching the guard.
A thinner, light weight sheath made of 6-7 oz leather. Right hand vertical carry.
Stamped with a Barry king hollow diamond pattern. Stitched with orange Ritza Tiger thread.
